Chris had the best time drumming on two world tours with ex Led Zeppelin vocalist Robert Plant with whom he recorded several albums; Now & Zen, Manic Nirvana, Knebworth Live, Fate Of Nations, 2003's Sixty Six to Timbuktu and the 2006 boxed set entitled Nine Lives. From these Platinum selling albums came many World-wide hits co-written by Chris, including Tie Dye On The Highway, Watching you, and a Grammy-nomination for Calling To You.

Chris then expanded his musical career into the world of Film and Media composition where he has become a very prolific writer with his own West London studio.

His advertising credits include multi award-winning campaigns for
Reebok, Levi’s and major compositions for the Sony PSP and Land Rover 'Freelander'. Other clients include Nissan, Pedigree, Sega, Nike, Adidas, Diet Coke, Coca Cola, Neutrogena, Radox, Sanatogen, Ericsson, Ford, BMW, Mercedes Benz, Saab, Vauxhall, Opel, Braun, Wash & Go, Alberto VO5, Kellogg’s, Lego, British Airways, Fosters, Bradford & Bingley, Virgin Atlantic, Virgin Cinemas (now UGC),the DTI and COI, The Sunday Times, The Observer, and Woolworths.

He works extensively for TV
including themes for The African Cup of Nations, The Daily Politics, Breakfast with Frost, Tomorrow’s World, If, Sweeney Investigates, What the World thinks of God, What the World thinks of America, This World, Hot Spots, What if?, Here & Now, Public Eye, The Elections, Westminster, Review of the Year (various years), Elections 2001, Budget 2002/2003, Local Elections 2002/2003, and My Politics.

Recently he has broadened his attention to Orchestral composition, recent film scores including Veronique, (winner of the Orange/Film4 prize) and 'Exit', a 20min film for Nissan, and various film trailer music. He has also written several albums for the Cavendish Music Library (Boosey & Hawkes), De Wolfe, and Focus music libraries, as well as being a shareholder and musical contributor in the new online music service Audio Network. Above all, he continues to have a great time!

Chris lives in West London with his partner Nicola, their sons Jake and Ollie, and Tilly the Red Setter.
